Roomless is an online platform for medium-long term rentals that was created as a guarantee for the tenant: we check all the apartments and the photos are recent and reliable so you can book online with peace of mind to avoid someone else doing it before you.

Live stress-free in a fully furnished and equipped private apartment! Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase.
The contract is open-ended, so you can stay as long as your want (our minimum rental period is 6 months, with a termination notice of 1 month).
The price is all-inclusive and gives you the following:
- rent
- utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating)
- high-speed internet
- beautiful design furniture
- cleaning shared space (every two weeks)
- adress registration (Anmeldung)
- media taxes (GEZ)
- Netflix & Disney+
As a member of our co-living community, you get access to a broader network of young professionals that live in our apartments in Berlin, London, Paris, Copenhagen, Munich, Oslo and more. Our members enjoy shared events and even the possibility of a temporary room/apartment swap with members in other cities.
