The shared apartment is very quiet in Mürwik, in the 'Kleine Koppel'.

Shops (Edeka, Rossmann, Aldi, pharmacy, bakeries, hairdresser, banks...) and various bus stops can be reached in 5 minutes.

The beach “Solitude” is approx. 2 km away and offers the perfect place for relaxation, breathing and fun.

The rent of €390 is 'all inclusive'. This covers rent and additional costs, as well as electricity and WiFi.
The apartment has a spacious, lockable cellar room where, for example, bicycles can be stored.

The deposit is €543.

The rental period is possible for a limited period of between 6 and 12 months, extensions are welcome after that in consultation :)
