Our popular Apartments are now also available in the Ruhr metropolis of Essen in our new building at Frohnhauser Straße in the western district of Essen together with Flowers Hotels and the Asia Streetfood Restaurant Mama San.

All Apartments with comfortable box spring beds (1.40m x 2.00m), timeless designer furniture and modern bathrooms with rain showers leave nothing to be desired but enough room for individuality. And because freedom to live with us does not stop in the Apartments, we have also thought of different places for nice weather. All flats have a gorgeous balcony and the ground floor flats have a small terrace, here you can enjoy your sunbath! The garden is a central meeting place for tenants and hotel guests. And our special highlight: the sundowner on the roof terrace or the roof garden of the restaurant Mama San.
We are happy to organize additional services like cleaning, towels and bedclothing as well as kitchenware for you - please don‘t hesitate to ask us.

Our Apartments are located in the new west city of Essen. Numerous parks nearby offer relaxation. The main railway station and the city centre are only a few minutes' walk away. In our direct neighbourhood you will find a fitness studio and with the Limbecker Platz one of the biggest inner city shopping centres in Germany. In our house there is also a small deli for delicious snacks and drinks, the Flowers Hotels and the Asia-Streetfood-Restaurant Mama San, which of course have special offers for you as a tenant.
