This lovely Maisonette Appartement is decorated in our favorite style, just as we love it at home, as well.

You Enter the Appartement and have the bathroom to your left Hand side. Bath with Tube and shower combination and, Most important thing, with a huge window. As well, to your left, there is the open kitchen. Enough space for cooking with Friends, having a coffee of the Nespresso machine at the counter or Doing your Home Office there as several tenants told me. To your right the living area with huge sofa, TV (smart TV) and a dining table if you should have guests as a second area to eat or work on. Behind, a little hidden, there is a bed for guests. The "actual" bedroom is upon in the maisonette area that you reach from the living room.
Please note: the area is spacueous, but has a loh ceiling. My tenants often tell me: they really really love it, and as Most people do not stand while sleeping, it doesn`t really bother them. :) and Thea really love the area as it is friendly, young and gives a certain vacation feeling to the appartement. Außerdem erwartet Sie in der Küche alles, was der Hobbykoch so braucht von Geschirr und Besteck über Töpfe, Pfannen und Salatsieb bis hin zur Knoblauch-Presse.
Im Wohnzimmer machen Sie es sich gemütlich mit Sofa, Sessel und Smart TV (Sony), mit Gästen am Tisch für 4 Personen. Versteckt in der Schräge findet sich ein Bett für Gäste. ,Über die kleine Wendeltreppe gelangen Sie in den eigentlichen, offenen Schlafbereich im Dachstuhl, der auf Wunsch mit Bettwäsche für Sie zur Verfügung steht.
Im Keller befindet sich außerdem der Gemeinschafts-Waschkeller. Hier erwartet Sie Ihre eigene Waschmaschine sowie 2 Trockner, welche der Mieter-Gemeinschaft zur Verfügung stehen.

Die Wohnung liegt im Südviertel, ganz konkret im Sternviertel. Das istein sehr beliebtes und gepflegtes Viertel, gleichermaßen nah zum Ausgehviertel Rüttenscheid und zur City. Sie befinden sich fußläufig von Aalto Theater und Philharmonie, vom RWE Turm, dem Stadtpark sowie dem Hauptbahnhof und wohnen dabei trotzdem in einer absolut ruhigen Anlieger-Straße. Ein EDEKA, eine Apotheke, Straßenbahnhaltestelle alles innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Wunderbar!

Sonstiges:
Die Miete versteht sich als Pauschalmiete für eine Person. Sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Heizung, Strom, Higshspeed Internet, Smart TV sowie Grundsteuer ist in diesen Kosten bereits enthalten.

You expect smart divided 50 sqm: You enter the furnished apartment by a spacious entry. On the left hand side you find the bathroom with bathtub and a window. Further, you find an spacious open kitchen, welcoming you for delightful cooking events and a welcoming bar area for a quick breakfast or as a working area, as well. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, modern hob and oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and has everything from the salad strainer to the garlic press, what you can expect in a holiday apartment.
The living room is equipped with sofa and TV area (flatscreen TV with all modern amenities), a work or dining table a hidden spacious sleeping area. Climbing up the stairs, you will find an open sleeping area under the roof with view of the city of Essen. Bed linen and towels are provided. In the wardrobe you will find ironing station, vacuum cleaner and plaster utensils are ready.

On the ground floor there is a washing machine at your disposition and a shared dryer, which are available by coin machine at your disposal.
Your bike will also find a suitable parking space there.
