The Wersten district is rounded off by the best transport connections: whether fast motorway connections (A46 and A59) or a fast connection with public transport in all directions. In Wersten you live centrally and quickly reach the desired destinations. Tram, subway and bus stops are right on the corner of the house.

I am offering my modern 1st room apartment for rent from August 1st, 2023 for at least 3 months. The period can be flexibly arranged on my part, if necessary the apartment can also be rented for longer. A deposit of €1500.00 is due when you move in. Flat rate monthly rent of €950.00 gross (if desired for a duplex parking space in the underground car park plus €65.00 rent) payable on the first day of the month. The rent indicated is a flat rate, i.e. including all costs: radio and TV fees, Internet connection, electricity from the municipal utility and all other additional costs. A confirmation from the landlord will be issued.
Minimum rental period 3 months. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Animal husbandry is not possible. Washing machine and dryer (coin operated machine) are in a separate laundry room in the basement. The apartment key will be handed over personally when you move in/out. When you move out, the final cleaning fee will be charged at €200. The apartment should be treated as your own, kept clean and well maintained. No changes are allowed in the apartment, you are not allowed to bring your own furniture. The first contact is pleasant both by telephone and by e-mail.
