This room is further complemented with a large desk, a comfortable sofa, an almost ceiling-high closet with plenty of storage space, and a coat rack. From here, a glass door leads to the light-flooded winter garden. Here you will find an extendable dining table for 2-4 people with modern seating furniture to meet and eat together with friends. The bathroom convinces with a large window, a toilet, a real glass shower, a sink, and a mirror cabinet. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room. The vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, iron, cleaning utensils, clothes horse, and much more are also available for use there.

In the immediate vicinity of the house, you will find all stores for your daily needs. In addition to the popular sights and the well-known possibilities for entertainment in the megacity of Cologne, the high recreational value of Cologne Pesch is also worth mentioning. In and around Pesch there are numerous quarry ponds, which serve as local recreation areas. By bike, for example, you can be at the Sundown Beach Club at the Escher See in 6 minutes.
