Very good connection to ÖPVN (bus/ train), A43 and A2 are reachable in 10 minutes by car. A supermarket and the castle park are 5 minutes walk away. The city center with shopping facilities also within walking distance.
Parking is available on public parking space directly in front of the house sufficiently, or for an additional fee in the carport.
The owner lives in the house and can be contacted at short notice.
The terrace with garden view is for the sole use of the tenant, but is shared as a passageway.
Smoking is only allowed outside, in the apartment smoking is prohibited.
Pets by arrangement, in the house lives a cat, which also shares the terrace. So for people who do not like cats, the place is not recommended.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and microwave, large side-by-side fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor fan, as well as complete cutlery and crockery. Also provided are toaster, blender, kettle, and sodastreamer.
