The furnishing is designed with great attention to detail and the environment around the apartment is wonderful for switching off from work. The large garden around the house can be used and is shared with 3 other parties.
The house is located in a small village not far from beautiful lakes and forests, a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with a view to parts of the garden.
You can expect a cozy living-bedroom, a large bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen with an additional woodfired-stove and a modern daylight bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a single bed, which usually serves as a sofa, 2 large armchairs and a beautiful old tiled stove.
Free WiFi can be used in the apartment. Attention surfers - it doesn't have TurboSpeed...
Mobile reception is unstable in the village, perfect for detox!
The apartment is heated exclusively with wood, each room has it's own stove.
In the town close by, Krakow am See, there are various grocery shops (Edeka, Aldi, Netto...), a kindergarten and a school.
Some museums, a doctor, various recreational and sports facilities (including a green area and park) and good medical care can also be found within a larger area.
The Hanseatic city of Rostock is 75 km away,
