Our in January 2023 freshly renovated 2-room maisonnette apartment in a listed house has just been extensively converted from a barn to a residential house.

If you are looking for a loving, personal alternative to the hotel, because just a professional project on time, the issue of probation, renovation of your own apartment, separation or similar, then we are happy if you want to become our tenant!

We have taken care of everything, you only need to bring your personal belongings and then the feeling of well-being can begin...

The apartment is professionally cleaned every two weeks during the long-term rental. Unfortunately it is not possible to keep pets.

LOCATION
- only 2km south of the city center, surrounded by forests, a small river and horse farms - and yet very central location in the residential area of the old town center
- lovely pastry shop with delicious rolls, bread, cakes and ice cream directly across the street
- supermarket <1km away
- Bus connection to the city center/ train station/ Airbus only 100m from the house. Connection to the metropolis Hamburg by S-Bahn (approx. 55 min) or by car (approx. 40km to the city center).

We would like to rent the apartment furnished for a period of 1-18 months. If you are interested, you can also book single nights. Just contact us for this purpose.

- The warm rent for a long-term rental is 1,180 EUR / month (all costs included). The warm rent for a short term rental of up to 2 weeks is 90EUR/ night + 35 EUR final cleaning.

- The deposit is calculated according to the rental period:
Long-term rent from 2 months: 3 months rent.
Rental period up to 2 months: 1 month rent
Short-term rent up to 1 week: 200 EUR

We are looking forward to a quiet tenant, non-smoker, who appreciates the charm of the apartment and wants to live close to nature. The rental is private.

We live with our two children on the same property, but the houses are clearly separated from each other. We speak, German, English and French.
