All rooms and the bathroom lead off from the central hallway. The flat was thoroughly renovated in autumn/winter 2023. All living rooms and bedrooms have oak parquet flooring, the fully equipped kitchen has Italian tiles in a concrete look.
From the living room you can access the spacious south-facing balcony, the large bedroom has its own balcony facing north.
