There is a supermarket right downstairs. Kantstraße, the Zoological Garden and the Kudamm are all within easy reach. The main train station, Victory Column and Reichstag are also not far away.

Buses 101 and 245 stop right outside the door, the U2 (Ernst-Reuter-Platz), the U7 (Richard-Wagner-Platz) and the S-Bahn (Tiergarten) are just a few minutes' walk away.
