The room in a shared flat is on the top floor of a renovated old house in Filderstadt-Bernhausen and is partially furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe, small sofa and bedside table. Possibly more furniture can be placed. With the freshly sanded wooden floor and a historic built-in wardrobe, the entire top floor offers a pleasant atmosphere. Anyone who loves slightly creaky wooden floors will feel at home here! A modern infrared heater provides cozy warmth on cold days.
The apartment was modernized 4 years ago and has a modern bathroom and kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, stove, oven, large fridge, freezer, etc.).
The location is in the center: shops, post office, bank, bakery, butcher, supermarkets, etc. are 1-5 minutes away on foot. The S-Bahn is 3 minutes away. Fast WiFi is available. A cycle path starts 300m away. The connections to the universities in Hohenheim, Vaihingen and Stuttgart are very good.
The shared apartment is inhabited by 2 women, a female flatmate would be appropriate but not mandatory. We want quiet roommates who fit into the existing shared apartment. Foreign nationalities are welcome, but we expect at least basic German language skills :-) and the self-image that everyone contributes to living together.

Das WG-Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoß eines renovierten alten Häuschens in Filderstadt-Bernhausen und ist mit Bett, Einbau-schrank, kleinem Sofa und Nachttisch teilmöbliert. Evtl können weitere Möbel gestellt werden. Mit dem frisch geschliffenem Holzboden und einem historischen Einbauschrank bietet das gesamte Dachgeschoss eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wer leicht knarrende Holzböden liebt, fühlt sich hier zuhause! Eine moderne Infrarot-Heizung sorgt an kalten Tagen für kuschelige Wärme.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 4 Jahren modernisiert und hat ein modernes Bad & Küche (Geschirrspüler, Cerankochfeld, Herd, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank, Gefriertuhe, etc).
Die Lage ist im Zentrum: Ladengeschäfte, Post, Bank, Bäcker, Metzgerei, Supermärkte etc. befinden sich 1-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die S-Bahn ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden. Ein Fahrradweg beginnt 300m Entfernt, Die Verbindungen zu den Unis in Hohenheim, Vaihingen und Stuttgart sind sehr gut.
Die Wohngemeinschaft wird von 2 Frauen bewohnt, eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin wäre passend aber nicht zwingend. Wir wünschen uns ruhige Mitbewohner die sich in die bestehende Wohngemeinschaft einfügen. Fremde Nationalitäten sind gerne gesehen, allerdings erwarten wir wenigstens grundlegende deutsche Sprachkenntnisse :-) und das Selbstverständnis daß jeder zum Zusammenleben beiträgt.
