Pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, ils se composent d'un lit double (140*190), un coin bureau, kitchenette entièrement équipée et une salle de bain avec baignoire.
La cuisine équipée dispose notamment d'un micro-onde, d'un réfrigérateur et de plaques chauffantes. De la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine sont également fournis. Vous aurez accès à un parking souterrain, un parking extérieur (moyennant des suppléments), un espace local à vélo, ainsi qu'un accès gratuit au Wifi dans l'appartement.

Pour constituer le dossier de location nous demandons une pièce d'identité, les coordonnées bancaires pour garantir la réservation et un RIB, ces mêmes pièces justificatives vous serons demandé en cas de garant. Une caution correspondant à un mois de loyer vous sera demandée le jour de votre arrivée.

They can accommodate 2 people, are composed of a double bed (140*190), an office area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with bath.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator and hotplates. Crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. You will have access to underground parking, outdoor parking (at an additional cost), and free Wi-Fi access in the flat.

To constitute the rental file we ask for an identity document, bank details to guarantee the reservation and a bank account number, these same documents will be asked for in case of a guarantor. A deposit corresponding to one month's rent will be requested on the day of your arrival.
