Tous nos appartements sont situés en centre-ville et proches de toutes
commodités et transports en communs (Métro, Tramway et Bus).
Cette ravissante chambre privée en colocation, meublée, équipée et prête-à-vivre à Toulouse offre confort et design. Elle propose de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne reste plus qu'à apporter votre valise pour être chez vous ! La chambre peut se fermer à clef si vous souhaitez plus d'intimité.
Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).
Le logement se situe dans le quartier Saint Agne, en plein coeur de Toulouse. De nombreux transports publics, commerces, restaurants sont localisés aux alentours. La colocation est à l'étage 2 . Elle est entièrement meublée et propose une cuisine 100% équipée avec frigo, grille-pain, micro-ondes, vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, bouilloire, ustensiles… De même que fer à repasser, planche à repasser, lave-linge, tancarville.
Le matériel pour le ménage est déjà présent à l'intérieur de la colocation : balai-brosse, seau et serpillère, aspirateur, balai… Chaque colocation meublée inclut toutes les charges : eau, charges de copropriété, électricité, assurance habitation, wifi illimité, taxe sur les ordures.
Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.
Durée minimum de séjour : 1 mois
Appartement éligible à la CAF jusqu’à 258€ / mois. La CAF pour Caisse
d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible
pour tous,y compris les étranger et qui peut vous aider financièrement à
payer une partie de votre logement en fonction de votre situation que vous
soyez français ou étranger. Pour connaître le montant potentiel de votre
aide, rendez-vous sur le site de CAF et complétez l’estimation en ligne des
APL (aide pour le logement).
Les frais de services couvrent l’écriture du bail mais également

All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).
This elegant private room in a fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Toulouse perfectly combines comfort and design. It has got lots of household goods, including a double bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your belongings to make this place your own! The room has a lock if you need extra privacy.
All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is ideally located in the "Saint Agne" neighborhood, in the centre of Toulouse. Plenty of shops, restaurants, public transports are located nearby. The apartment is on floor #2 . It is ready-to-live-in and includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, pans, toaster, crockery, kettle, kitchen ustensils, microwave… It also has a clothes rack, a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the flatshare: bagless hoover, mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: condominium fees, housing insurance, water, unlimited wi-fi, household waste tax, electricity.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)

Saint-Agne is a popular residential neighbourhood in the city of Toulouse, near the Saint-Michel neighbourhood – one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in the Pink City. The area is mostly known for the Toulouse-Saint-Agne train station and the IUFM (University Institute for Teachers Training) which is located in front of the marvellous Sainte-Germaine Church. Big renovations are taking place in this area to make it more attractive and modern. Among others, the Niel Park has recently been renovated. The area is well connected with the metro line and loads of students live here, since several universities are located nearby. Few supermarkets, bar and restaurants have recently opened their doors.
