IMPORTANT : The Host is a co-living specialist, they are welcoming students and young workers between 18 and 35 years old in order to guarantee full harmony between the co-livers.

The room also offers several storage spaces: a built-in cupboard with wardrobe and a shelf. The main features of this room are the sitting area composed of a coffee table and an armchair and the access to a balcony.

Located at the gates of Paris, this 90m² apartment benefits from an ideal location, close to the Parc Roger Salengro and the metro station: Saint Ouen and close to all amenities. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with digicodes and an elevator. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished.
