Cette magnifique chambre privée en colocation, meublée, équipée et tout inclus à Lyon accorde confort et design. Elle possède de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne vous reste plus à apporter que vos affaires pour emménager ! La chambre possède un cadenas si vous préférez garder vos affaires sous clef.

Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).

Le logement est situé dans le quartier Part Dieu, en plein coeur de Lyon. De nombreux commerces, restaurants, transports publics sont localisés à proximité. La colocation est à l'étage 5 avec ascenseur. Elle est entièrement meublée et possède une cuisine équipée avec réfrigérateur, bouilloire, ustensiles, vaisselle, grille-pain, poêles, micro-ondes, casseroles… De même que fer à repasser, tancarville, lave-linge, planche à repasser.
Le matériel pour le ménage est présent dans la colocation : seau et serpillère, aspirateur, balai-brosse, balai… Chaque colocation meublée comprend toutes les charges : eau, charges de copropriété, taxe sur les ordures, assurance habitation, wifi illimité, électricité.

Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.

Part-Dieu est à la fois le quartier des affaires et du shopping de Lyon. On y trouve l'un des plus grands centre commerciaux d'Europe, avec près de 300 boutiques, de nombreuses tours de bureaux et la plus grande gare de Lyon. Chaque jour, des centaines de milliers de lyonnais y passent ! Le quartier, où se situe cette superbe colocation meublée, est moderne et constitue le principal hub pour les transports de Lyon (trains, métro, trams, bus, cars, aéroport...). Le midi, les restaurants sont en effervescence pour servir au pas de courses les professionnels qui y déjeunent. Très animé en journée, le quartier retrouve sa tranquillité une fois le soir venu. La ville de Lyon a entamé une transformation du quartier pour le rendre plus vert et plus ouvert sur la ville historique.

d'allocations familiales est un service public gratuit et français éligible
pour tous,y compris les étranger et qui peut vous aider financièrement à

All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).

This elegant room in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has many household items, including a double bed with pillows and duvet Now all you need is to bring your things to settle in your new home! The room has a lock if you need extra privacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is located in the "Part Dieu" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Plenty of shops, public transports, restaurants are accessible nearby. The apartment is on floor #5 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, kitchen ustensils, crockery, microwave, pans… The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Part-Dieu, in the 3rd arrondissement, is both Lyon's commercial district and the main shopping temple of the city. Here, where this wonderful all-inclusive flatshare is located, you can find one of Europe's biggest shopping centres with some 300 outlets as well as several impressive office-block towers and Lyon's biggest train station which receives hundred of thousands of travellers every day! This modern neighbourhood constitute's Lyon's main transport hub with trains, buses, trams, coaches, the subway, and the airport shuttle all connecting here. During the lunch-time service, restaurants are buzzing as waiting staff rapidly serve professionals eating there. However by the evening, the pace slows down and the neighbourhood, full of life during the day, becomes calm again. The city council has begun exciting large-scale renovation works to transform the area into a greener living space.

including foreigners and can help you financially to pay part of your
housing according to your situation whether you are French or foreign. To

The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
