To ensure tenants' comfort, all the household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner) that you will need are located in the hall of your flat. The room, which has a balcony, is ideally located in a beautiful apartment, secured with connected locks, in the heart of a quiet residence, close to shops and restaurants. You have a car? Parking spaces are available for rent in the residence. At Colivys, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions. *Check-in/out is possible on weekends with an additional payment of 70€ - Once the booking has been confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the documents requested by the owner (to the owner). After this time, your booking will be cancelled.
