In the comfortable 1-room apartment, you can rest in the cozy double bed. In the room, you will find a sofa, which can be used by 2 more people for sleeping if necessary. Prepare your breakfast, lunch, and dinner even at unusual times of the day. With a fully equipped kitchen, you are no longer dependent on the opening hours of the restaurants. For your entertainment, you will also find free wifi and a flat-screen TV in the apartment.
Enjoy a pleasant shower after an eventful day in Vienna. You do not need to bring a hairdryer, iron or clothes horse. This will be provided for you in the apartment. Furthermore, you can use the washing machine free of charge.
Due to the excellent connection to the tram, you can reach the sightseeing "Schönbrunn Palace" within 9 minutes.
The apartment building has 6 in-house parking spaces, which can be booked subject to availability. The price is 300€/month.
Live in your apartment like a real Viennese.
The price is for two people. For each additional person, we charge 225€/month.

Im komfortablen 1-Zimmer-Apartment kannst Du Dich im gemütlichen Doppelbett ausruhen. Im Zimmer findest Du ein Sofa, welches bei Bedarf von 2 weiteren Personen zum Schlafen genutzt werden kann. Bereite Dir Dein Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen auch zu ungewöhnlichen Tageszeiten zu. Mit einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche bist Du nicht mehr von den Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants abhängig. Für Deine Unterhaltung findest Du auch gratis Wlan und einen Flat-TV im Apartment.
Genieße nach einem erlebnisreichen Urlaubstag in Wien eine angenehme Dusche. Du brauchst keinen Fön, Bügeleisen oder Wäscheständer mitzunehmen. Dies wird für Dich im Apartment bereitgestellt. Des Weiteren kannst Du die Waschmaschine kostenlos verwenden.
Durch die hervorragende Anbindung an die Straßenbahn kommst Du innerhalb von 9 Minuten zur Sehenswürdigkeit "Schloss Schönbrunn".
Das Apartmenthaus verfügt über 6 hauseigene Parkplätze, die nach Verfügbarkeit dazu gebucht werden können. Der Preis beläuft sich hiermit bei 300€/Monat.
