This well kept room, for sole use by a female tenant, in a charming Maltese House of Character is located in the central town of Mosta, Malta.  The room comes with a small balcony making it bright and airy.  It has access to free high speed WIFI and its own air conditioner.  Monthly rate is inclusive of WIFI, water and electricity.    The well maintained house is conveniently located by a 3 minute walking distance to the town's main square and shops.   At any one time, only two people will live in the house, meaning you will have easy access to the shared bathroom, living room (with 34" TV), well equipped kitchen, laundry room (with washing machine, iron and iron board) and a roof terrace.       A bus stop is very conveniently located just 2 minutes away by walk with buses directly leading to the University, Mater Dei Hospital,  Valletta and Sliema.    The room is currently available for a non-smoking female tenant, from  September 2025 onwards.   For your peace of mind, the room agreement will be registered with the Malta Housing Authority.   Please send a private message (directly to the owner) via WhatsApp, including your intended move-in date and planned duration of stay, to check availability.
