In this bright, beautifully decorated apartment in a nice, old house you will find plenty of space to feel at home. The tasteful furniture, the balcony and also the exciting district of Steglitz with the second largest shopping street in Berlin, just 100m away from the apartment. Right-hand, the corridor leads into the spacious living room with balcony and the large bedroom facing the street. On the left-hand into a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Straight from the hallway there is another bedroom for children or an office room at your choice.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The stay of pets also is prohibited. The apartment is located on the 1st floor - there is no elevator.

Transport: In front of the house, there is a bus station on the other side of the street and 100m away U9 Schlossstrasse metro station or Sbahn 10 min walking distance. There are parking possibilities with 50 euros/month subscription into Boulevard Mall parking lot or parking street. Behind the building there is a beautiful park and the entrance to Boulevard Berlin Mall with lots of shopping possibilities.

Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten mit 50 Euro/Monat Abonnement für den Parkplatz der Boulevard Mall. Hinter dem Gebäude befindet sich ein schöner Park und der Eingang zur Boulevard Berlin Mall mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
