I'm subletting my cozy 3,5 room apartment situated in a quiet Hinterhaus in surrounded by three parks.
There is a living room/study, a bedroom, a reading room and a wintergarden. The living room contains a TV set, a couch and a writing desk. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a spacious clothing rack. The dining area is in the sunny wintergarden.
There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, water cooker, etc.). The bathroom has a shower.
The house is surrounded by three parks which offer an amazing opportunity for have a walk during a lunchbreak or jogging in the summer. The house is only 4 mins walking distance from U-Alt-Tempelhof (U6) and 10 mins walking distance from the S-Bahn Tempelhof and the park Tempelhofer Feld.
In 10 mins by car or 10 min by train you can reach Mehringdamm, which is a diverse and buzzling area with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. The Tempelhofer Harbour is only 15 mins walking distance away and offers a great view on boats and a shopping mall.
There is a huge selection of supermarkets in walkable distance (Edeka, Rewe, Rossmann, Bio Company, Lidl, Spätis etc.).
To escape the buzz and enjoy a bike ride, you can go to Tempelhofer Feld, which is only a 10 mins walk away or 1 stop by train.
