In this bright, beautifully decorated apartment in a nice, old house you will plenty of space to feel at home. The tasteful furniture, the balcony and also the exciting district of Neukölln invite you to get to know Berlin from a beautiful side.

Already in the corridor right behind the front door, there is plenty of storage space through a large spacious shelf and a cloakroom.
Left-hand, the corridor leads into the spacious living room. There is a dining table at which four to six people easily can be seated. The stylish dining area is complemented by a beautiful dresser with a mirror above.
Behind the table is a large, there is a comfortable couch with a small coffee-table. From here, you look straight on the counter with the modern flatscreen TV. Through the windows in the attic above the sofa shines ample sunlight throughout the day into the big living room, which provides a cheerful, pleasant atmosphere.

On the right hand, the room leads into an open kitchen. There is everything you need to cook to your heart's whim. Especially a lot of space! In addition to a dishwasher, an oven in mint condition, a ceramic hob with four plates and a fridge with freezer compartment, the kitchen is equipped with plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans to cook for yourself and some guests.
Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are also provided in the kitchen.

From the kitchen, you can enter the lovely balcony. You can enjoy the view over the skyline of Berlin and comfortably round off your evenings on the outside furniture.

On the other side of the living room lies the bedroom with two double beds (160x200), a closet and some small, additional storage space. Also in here, there falls plenty of sunlight through the windows, which makes the room bright and inviting.

Last but not least, there is the modern bathroom which can also be entered from the corridor. In addition to a large shower and plenty of storage space, you can find a washing machine in the bathroom.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The stay of pets also is prohibited.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor - there is no elevator.
The deposit is 3000 €.
The apartment must be passed in the state in which it was taken. Optionally, you can arrange a final cleaning for 100 € with the landlord.

Transport:
In front of the house, there is ample parking space and through its proximity to the motorway junction (A100) the apartment can be reached very well by car.
In walking distance to the apartment lies the subway station "Leinestraße" (U8). With this train, you can get all across Berlin, e.g. directly to Alexanderplatz. The underground and railway station "Hermannstraße" (circle line, U8 and div. Bus) also is located within walking distance to the apartment.
It takes about 25 minutes to the main station by public transportation. "Schönefeld Airport" can be reached within 30 minutes and to "Airport Tegel" you need about 40 minutes.

Area:
The district of Neukölln is one of the fastest developing districts in Berlin. Between alternative art, international restaurants and nice bars, and interesting stores, there are also a lot of parks and green spaces here. From the apartment you can reach "Tempelhofer Feld" within 10 minutes of walking. Here you can enjoy concerts, go for walks or exercise.

In diesem hellen, liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment in dem schönen Altbauhaus, gibt es viel Platz, um sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Die geschmackvollen Möbel, der Balkon und letztlich der aufregende Stadtteil laden dazu ein, Berlin von einer wunderschönen Seite kennen zu lernen.

Schon im Flur, den man durch die Wohnungstür betritt, gibt es viel Stauraum durch ein großes, geräumiges Regal und eine Garderobe.
Linker Hand gelangt man in den weitläufigen Wohnraum. Hier gibt es einen Esstisch, an dem vier bis sechs Personen Platz haben. Abgerundet wird die stilvolle Essecke durch eine schöne Kommode mit einem Spiegel darüber.
Hinter dem Esstisch befindet sich eine große, gemütliche Couch mit einem kleinen Tisch. Der Blick fällt von hier auf die Anrichte mit dem modernen Flachbildfernseher. Durch die Fenster in der Dachschräge über dem Sofa fällt den ganzen Tag viel Licht in den großen Raum und sorgt für eine fröhliche, angenehme Atmosphäre.

Rechter Hand der Couch gelangt man in die offene Küche. Hier gibt es alles, was man braucht, um nach Herzenslaune zu kochen. Vorallem viel Platz! Neben einem Geschirrspüler, einem neuwertigen Ofen, einer Ceran-Kochfläche mit vier Platten und einem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, ist die Küche mit ausreichend Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfen und Pfannen ausgestattet um für sich und Gäste zu kochen.
Außerdem gibt es in der Küche einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster.

Von der Küche aus betritt man den schönen Balkon. Von hier aus kann man den Blick über die Skyline von Berlin schweifen lassen und auf dem vorhandenen Mobiliar angenehm den Abend ausklingen lassen.

Auf der anderen Seite des Wohnraums liegt das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten (160x200cm), einem Wandschrank und kleineren Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auch hier fällt durch die Fenster ein angenehmes Licht und gestaltet den Raum hell und einladend.

Zuguterletzt geht es vom Flur in das moderne Badezimmer. Hier gibt es neben einer großen Dusche und ausreichend Ablageplatz auch eine Waschmaschine.

Das Mitbringen von Tieren ist nicht erlaubt.
Das Apartment befindet sich im 5. Obergeschoss - es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Die Kaution beträgt 3000€.
Die Wohnung ist in dem Zustand zu übergeben, in dem sie übernommen wurde. Optional kann dazu eine Endreinigung für 100€ beauftragt werden.

Transport:
Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze und durch die Nähe zur Autobahnauffahrt (A100) ist die Wohnung sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
In Fußentfernung zur Wohnung liegt die U-Bahn Station "Leinestraße", an der die U8 verkehrt. Mit dieser Bahn kommt man quer durch Berlin, unter anderem direkt zum Alexanderplatz. Ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen ist die S- und U-Bahnstation "Hermannstraße" (Ringbahn, U8 und div. Busse).
Zum Hauptbahnhof benötigt man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwa 25 Minuten. Den Flughafen Schönefeld erreicht man innerhalb von 30 Minuten, zum Flughafen Tegel braucht man ca. 40 Minuten.

Umgebung:
Der Stadtteil Neukölln gehört zu den sich am schnellsten entwickelnden Bezirken in Berlin. Zwischen alternativer Kunst, internationalen Restaurants und schönen Bars, sowie interessanten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gibt es hier auch sehr viel Grün. Von der Wohnung aus ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten auf dem Tempelhofer Feld. Hier kann man Konzerte genießen, Spaziergänge machen und Sport treiben.
