Bright and cozy two-room apartment located in a prestigious context, overlooking the green area of Piazza Napoli, in the heart of the lively area of the fashion showrooms and the Fuori Salone del Mobile in Via Tortona, a stone's throw from the Navigli nightclub. Very well connected with the city center, the Fiere di Milano and CityLife. In the immediate vicinity taxi station, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cinema. The apartment has high speed internet access.

The apartment consists of entrance hall, anti-bathroom equipped with washing room and storage room, bathroom with comfortable shower and window, cozy living room with well equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed and a large double bedroom with private balcony. The view of the square and the large windows make it particularly airy and bright.

The apartment is located in a condominium, with concierge service only in the morning.
It is located just outside the restricted traffic area of the city center.

The neighborhood is lively and safe and everything is at your fingertips, from the essential services: supermarkets of supermarkets and small groceries open until late in the evening, shops of electrical appliances, household goods, banks, post office, garage and mechanics, to leisure services such as shops, ice cream parlors, cinema, theatre, gyms, hairdressers, bars, pizzerias, typical Italian and foreign restaurants and places for aperitifs. Guests will have a wide choice right under the house and can enjoy the green of the square and the streets around or can easily reach the shopping streets of Corso Genova and Corso Vercelli, the new CityLife district and the Navigli area.

Piazza Napoli is a main junction of the western ring road from which you can easily reach all the main motorways and the ring roads of Milan. It is located between the areas of Sant'Agostino (green metro, line 2) reachable with a few stops of the tram line 14 which arrives directly in the Duomo, the Navigli and Brera and the area of Wagner and Pagano (red metro, line 1) reachable with a few stops of the bus line 85, terminus Piazza Napoli, with which you can easily reach the Triennale, the station of Cadorna and Rho Fiera and San Babila. Intermodal exchange with the circular run by lines 90 and 91. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• security deposit: 1 monthly rent for 1-3 months stay, 2 monthly rents for 4-6 months stay (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK)
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

Linen is not included.

IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the landlord the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spacest.com (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

IMPORTANTE!!! Ricorda che entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi prima della data di check-in dovrai inviare al proprietario i documenti richiesti per il contratto di affitto e pagare la prima rata di oneri accessori non riscossi da Spacest.com (utenze, spese condominiali, pulizia finale, admin fee). Se la documentazione e il pagamento non saranno inoltrati nei tempi richiesti, la tua data di check-in potrà essere posticipata.
