The apartment is located on the 14th floor of the Galeria Rondo Wiatraczna shopping center at Grochowska in Warsaw. There are many shops and restaurants on the first two floors. On the 4th floor of the building there is a beautiful garden with a playground for children. The neighboring area is also well developed, with many shopping and dining options on the nearby streets. The nearest green space, Poliński Park, is a 10-minute walk from the shopping center. The location can be a great starting point for exploring the rest of Warsaw, thanks to easy access to other districts. The Wiatraczna roundabout - an important transport hub - is 220 m from the apartment. The city center and the old town can be reached directly by public transport in 25 minutes without having to change.
