Additionally, there is a convenient tram stop located just a 5-minute walk from the studio flat. This tram stop will provide easy access to public transportation, including buses, trams, and the metro, allowing you to effortlessly reach other famous neighbourhoods, historical sites, and attractions in Athens.

Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct.
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
