Three spacious rooms extend over a living area of approx. 65 m²: a cozy living room with an open living and dining area and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A modern bathroom with shower completes the offer.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. There is also a washer-dryer in the bathroom. There are two large flat screens in both the living room and the master bedroom.
