The apartment is located directly at the university. A bus stop is 100 meters away. The well-known student district on Pontstraße, the Pontviertel, is only 300 meters away. Public transport is as easily accessible as the cafeteria.
After renovation, everything in the apartment is new and unused! It features a box spring bed and is fully furnished. Bed linen, pillowcases, and spares are also provided.
The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron with ironing board, a TV with presets for YouTube, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, dishes, pots, and internet access. You only need to bring your personal items. Utilities (water, heating, electricity, internet) for normal consumption for one person are included in the price.
