Casa Mardel I is a residence in the center of Lisbon with five (5) rooms and two (2) bathrooms, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located between Areeiro and Alameda, one step away from Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) and Av. Guerra Junqueiro.
The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.
The common area has a dining table with benches, a TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area, as well as a telephone with free fixed calls in the lobby.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.
This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks, and is just a step away from the Acqua Roma Shopping Center.
In a few minutes, you can reach the metro stations Areeiro (Green Lines) or Alameda (Green and Red Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows it to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, trains, and taxis!
Landlord’s General Rules:
- Checking in on holidays, weekends or on weekdays before 8 AM or after 6 PM have a fee of 34,99€
- All expenses are included in the monthly rent price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas) UP TO 40€/month, per room. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the remaining amount must be made separately.
- Price for an additional tenant: + €50/month
- Cleaning Fee (1x/week): 49,99€/month
- Fridge inside the room (minimum 6 months): 14,99€/month
- The monthly rent should always be paid entirely. Even if the tenant enters the room on a day different than the 1st of the month, or leaves on a date different than the 30th of the month.
Please note: the rental price may increase for reservations made from September onwards.

A Casa Mardel I é uma residência no centro de Lisboa com cinco (5) quartos e duas (2) casas de banho, orientada para estudantes e jovens profissionais. Situa-se entre o Areeiro e a Alameda, a um passo do Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) e da Av. Guerra Junqueiro. Guerra Junqueiro.
Os quartos estão mobilados com uma cama completa e conjunto de lençóis, edredão e almofada com capa, mesa de cabeceira com candeeiro, roupeiro, cómoda, secretária com banco e caixote do lixo. A televisão no quarto está disponível mediante pedido.
A área comum tem uma mesa de jantar com bancos, uma televisão, material de leitura e acesso ao estendal. Existe Internet sem fios ilimitada em toda a casa, televisão por cabo em todos os quartos e na área comum, bem como um telefone com chamadas fixas gratuitas no átrio.
A cozinha tem um frigorífico com congelador, fogão, forno, micro-ondas e está totalmente equipada com louça, copos, talheres, panelas, frigideiras e um conjunto de facas.
Esta localização permite que a casa beneficie de uma variada rede de comércio local, usufruindo de um supermercado Continente, mini-mercados, cafés, restaurantes, talhos, farmácias, bancos, e está a um passo do Centro Comercial Acqua Roma.
Em poucos minutos, pode chegar às estações de metro Areeiro (linhas verdes) ou Alameda (linhas verdes e vermelhas). A casa tem uma localização central, o que lhe permite ser servida por uma vasta gama de transportes públicos com ligações a todos os pontos da cidade, incluindo o aeroporto: metro, autocarro, comboios e táxis!
Regras gerais do senhorio:
- O check-in em feriados, fins-de-semana ou dias úteis antes das 8h ou depois das 18h tem uma taxa de 34,99€.
- Todas as despesas estão incluídas no preço da renda mensal (Internet, TV cabo, eletricidade, água, gás) ATÉ 40€/mês, por quarto. Caso este valor seja ultrapassado, o pagamento do restante valor deverá ser efectuado separadamente.
- Preço para um inquilino adicional: + 50€/mês
- Taxa de limpeza (1x/semana): 49,99€/mês
- Frigorífico no quarto (mínimo de 6 meses): 14,99€/mês
- A renda mensal deve ser sempre paga na totalidade. Mesmo que o inquilino entre no quarto num dia diferente do dia 1 do mês, ou saia numa data diferente do dia 30 do mês.
Atenção: o preço do aluguer pode aumentar para as reservas efectuadas a partir de Setembro.
