Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und möbliert, im vierten Stock eines Altbaus. Das Haus besitzt keinen Aufzug. Sie ist aufgeteilt in Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer und Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und lichtdurchflutet. Wenn ihr ein Auto besitzt, kann Anwohnerparken beantragt werden und man kann somit mit etwas Glück einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür erwischen, ansonsten ist die Parksituation eher schlecht. W-Lan und Waschmaschine sind bereits vorhanden. Außerdem hat die Wohnung Zugang zum eigenen Garten über ihren Balkon. Auf dem Balkon ist es wie in der gesamten Wohnung trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig, da sich die Wohnung im "Hinterhaus" befindet.

Lage
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Supermärke und Drogeriemarkt sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die russische Kirche, sowie das Kongress Zentrum sind 800 Meter entfernt.
Man kann zu Fuß in zwei Minuten den öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus/Rückgebäude, weshalb man nichts von der stark befahrenen Stephanienstraße hör. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat die Wohnung einen großen Balkon und ein kleines Gartenstück.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished, on the fourth floor of an old building. It is divided into bedroom, study and living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is very beautiful and light-flooded. If you own a car, you can apply for resident parking and with a little luck you can get a parking space right in front of the front door. W-Lan and washing machine are already available. Furthermore the apartment has access to the own garden via its balcony. On the balcony, as in the whole apartment, it is very quiet despite the central location, as the apartment is located in the "back building".

Location
The apartment is centrally located, supermarket and drugstore are within 5 minutes walking distance. The Russian church and the congress center are 800 meters away.
You can reach the public transport in two minutes on foot. The apartment is located in the rear building, so you won't hear anything about the busy Stephanienstraße. Despite the central location, the apartment has a large balcony and a small garden.

Miscellaneous
The rent of the apartment would be limited to one or two years for the time being, but if no problems arise, the contract can be extended.
